Useless vacuum robot and useless service

I bought a Xiaomi Mi Robot Vaccuum & Mop end of May 2020. It comes with a one year warranty, so one would thus assume you would be able to use it for at least one year, and hopefully more. The Robot warns you when its time to replace the filter it uses. There is however no filters available anywhere, and Takealot has a very stock standard excuse, basically saying they cant do anything. I cannot use the Robot without the filters, rendering it completely useless to me! If you want to import and sell products, you need to ensure consumables are available!! Its like buying a car and someone tells you that the service parts it uses is not available and there is no alternative part that can be used! Service used to be good, it has clearly gone down the drain now! So much for spending a few grand on a useless vacuum! Even the cheapies you buy at other stores has various consumable parts available on the shelf!
