Useless, useless, useless!!!!

Absolutely disgusting and vulger service. I have been trying to get answers on my order delivery but they cannot be bothered. Emailed numerous times... No answer. Facebook DM... No answer. They are quick to take your money but now they are ignoring me. It is shocking. Only responding to certain people.... I am ready to go to the Consumer Ombudsman. I am repulsed by Takealot. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!
