Useless Tracking System

I placed and paid an order, was delivered with 2 of 3 items broken and I logged a return ticket immediately, The following day two items were collected and few days later one Item was returned. Today I they were suppose to deliver the second Item, the courier guy system shows he has to collect the parcel which was collected last week already but on MY site it shows it was received by warehouse so he was aggresive and did to care about what I told then he told me that's none of his business I there is nothing to collect I cannot get my second Item
