USELESS takealot.com !!!!

they are *****! They never deliver on time, on their website and ads they say they deliver in 3 days in Urban areas and up to 5 days in remote areas, they lie!! they take weeks to deliver instead, if they are not delivering a total different thing from what they shown on their website then will deliver when you have forgotten that you even ordered something from them. I recently two iPhone chargers from them on the 01/02/2022 and said they would deliver on the 10/02/2022. first of all i did not even get the confirmation sms that they usually send a day before the delivery that "your parcel will be delivered before 17h00 tomorrow", instead they called me on the number that i have changed on my delivery details and told me that they are in EAST LONDON, EASTERN CAPE with my products whereas my address says Wartburg in KZN, the very same address that i have been using for my previous orders. as i am typing this, my phone is off, im using a PC, I'm missing out on very important calls for something i have paid for to be delivered to me by yesterday, i asked them to come up with a plan for me because i can not afford to be unavailable for another single day, because my money is with them, i can not suffer for their constant mistake and poor services, they keep telling me since yesterday that they are trying to get hold of the delivery team to follow up, i guess their delivery team is in MARS and there are no Satellites. I am really sick of their poor services and lies.
