USELESS TAKEALOT.COM
3 Months and counting!!!! They picked up my new lawnmower to replace or refund, yet nothing has happened!!! They refunded my account after 3 months and 78 emails, just to reverse the credit 30mins later!!!! How can i get my money back?

20 Aug 2021, 08:02Another day without any contact from them! Seems like their after sales service and customer care is non existent? Phoned me, asking the same questions as in all the emails, promising me the world, then no contact again? Pathetic!!!
