Useless Takealot

I have used Takelot for 3 years with no problems. Now I ordered an item in November and was told on 5th December that it was no longer available. I was assured on 7th December that the cost would be refunded within a day. I am still waiting after 15 days. 3 times they have asked for my bank statement - intrusive and outrageous - surely their *********** accounts department can advise. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFFESIONAL COMPANY
