Useless Takealot.

So my mom ordered her first time on Takealot( I usually order) and paid through payflex. First, 1 item not in stock and delivered the rest. They delivered the wrong item, we returned. I just got the replacement item and its the same thing we returned. How idiotic and useless is this people. And my mom must still pay them fot this pathetic service.
