Useless takealot.com

<p>I ordered 6 items on the takealot.com website.when the goods were delivered I only received 5 items . I email them asking for help they resonde the next day saying they will get back to me ASAP I waited 4 hours later I call the call centre and spoke to a guy by the name of Michael Morgan who promised to get back to me in the next 2 hours I waited again another 5 hours and still waiting this service is disgusting I will never ever use their site to purchase anything ever again and I will advise anyone and everyone not to as well </p>
