Useless Takealot

Extremely unhappy with service.

We received a glass table last week Monday 28 February and when we were putting in the correct spot in the house one of the legs fell off. We immediately logged a return and they said it would be collected the next day. We werent going to be in town for the next few days and so we requested for them to come on Sunday 6 March, they said no problem and said they would communicate that to the courier company.

The courier company then proceeded to phone us for the next 3 days saying they are at our date. We explained to them every time that we had requested for them to come on Sunday.

On Saturday 5 March we receive a notification saying they won't be coming Sunday anymore but on Monday 7 March. We're not at home during the day and requested they come after 16:00.

They didn't come after 16:00 and so I contacted takealot this morning to find out what's happening and they then proceeded to tell me that the return has been canceled because the courier came at 14:00 on Monday 7 March even though we had request for them to come after 16:00.
