Useless Takealot

Useless service i got from takealot lately. Ordered a phone from them and i was promised it will be delivered by 4 May 2022. What ****es me off is that today it is the 5th of May 2022 and they do not bother to update me. Wrote an email and they rep**** on their own time. Order #***, apparently it is lost in transit. So is that my problem? I want my order or my refund. You are to quick to request an upfront payment, yet useless to deliver or inform on time
