USELESS takealot

this is the worst online store I have ever used. I need urgent assistance with my order ***. placed order on teh 26th of November and estimated delivery was 6th and i need this parcel for the 6th. now they only dispatched one item and advised that the others will be available on 18th, after I have followed up teh whole week and was promised delivery on teh 6th. now this morning they send an email, moving the delivery date I cancelled my order now they can only refund me after 5 days. and i need that refund today to get atleast a gift voucher for the person. TAKEALOT is very useless i tell you 😡😡
