USELESS TAKEALOT

<p>ENd of the previous week I logged a return for an HD camera i bought.,</p> <p>I bought 2x of the same that were suppose to come with 16gb SD cards extra.</p> <p>The one camera had the SD card stapled to it and the other didn't.</p> <p>So i logged the issue and explained all I need is the SD card.</p> <p>One consultant contacted me saying " no the whole package needs to be returned because it comes as a uniyt"</p> <p>Which is BS, the SD card is just stpled to the camera!<br />I then logge dteh return and it was suppose to be collected 16 jan.</p> <p>Which was postponed till thursday and then till friday....</p> <p>On friday I get notified just after the package was collected that this is not available to be replaced anymore I will get a refund!</p> <p>*** all I need is the damn SD card!!!</p> <p>It doesnt need to be repolaced!</p> <p>Just give my damn camera back. </p> <p>It was on special and the money creditted to my account is not going to give me something new.</p> <p>I placed this order in DEcember so I would have it the past weekend when I went away for our anniversary, and now I didnt have the camera and now getting jerked around!!</p> <p>Just send the camera back with the damn SD card!</p> <p>How difficult is this to understand??!!</p> <p>This couldve been resolved in a cuople of days if you just sent me the SD card, no it has become one hell of a frustration and I ended up not having it when I wanted it!<br />Your incompetance is astounding!!!</p> <p> </p>
