Useless takealot

This last year almost every single order I have made has had issues on it. eg advertising a white keyboard and delivering black and saying it doesnt come in white when I send it back even though its advertised as white. Twice I have received goods with the boxes open and parts missing out the packages. I returned a shower head 2 months ago. They only processed it now and even after telephonically discussing delivery with the consultant and following up on email to that consultant the new delivery address I am now emailed to go and collect the shower head in Cape Town which is 5 hours drive for me. Take a lot has become totally useless with really bad after sales service. The whole point of ordering online is for convenience. Ordering from take a lot is so inconvenient now that it is easier to just go to the shops and avoid all the issues that come from ordering online. Not impressed
