Extremely ****ed! This order had a gift for someone's birthday which now I will delivering a breath of fresh air and an apology! Your promise was item will be delivered on 3 May 2024 before 17:00 On the 3rd at 11 item was out for delivery bear in mind it was coming from Okovango Brackenfell and it was supposed to be delivered in Kuilsriver. My wife waited to entire damn day and no came, i called the call centre some arrogant idiot tells me due to traffic how the **** when brackenfell and kuilsriver is 5 minutes apart how can you tell me due to traffic as from 11am in the morning. That is bull****! My left a few minutes after 5 no one pitched! Then this stupid agent Siya tells me the delivery guy was there round about half past 5 now where's your promise stating before 5? This driver has our contact details be a man and pick up your phone and ****ing communicate! On top of that Siya the call centre agent drops the call without resolving my query which is call avoidance well AVOIDALOT! So I'm sitting with no parcel but you took my money real swell there now I must wait until Monday for something I no longer require! Someone's about to compensate me for disappointing a child! ***ARDS come hide behind your process updating my order saying I wasn't available be honest and say you weren't on time nor did we take the time to reach out to you Mr September. I am beyond ****ed and I advise everyone to no longer utilize this **** organization and process should be followed with that damn agent useless idiots I wish the owner could see this all of you needs training.

P.S Have some ***** and fix this **** you created and like l said I demand to be compensated cause now i need to wait until Monday to deliver a gift to a birthday that expired
