USELESS STAFF and PATHETIC SERVICE

8 phone calls, over 45 min on the phone and multiple promises emails!!!! I paid for an item that according to your app has not been shipped but was due for delivery today!!! I called your call centre. Every single person I spoke to, and I can mention names too.. was useless!!!!! All they said was “I’ll have to escalate this issue” that’s it!!’nnn Takealot I have sooner thousands with you.. is this how you treat customers? I will be taking this further!!! You have my number and about 20 emails from me..
