Useless Skynet

<p>I normally order 2*25kg dog food regularly from Takealot.When the couriers deliver I normally bring my vehicle to the courier vehicle and they load the food in my vehicle. i have now changed the delivery address to wife as i am unable to collect the orders during the day. has been going fine until my recent order.On Wedneday 01/02 Skynet delivered the order however where one 25kg bag short, which they assisted my wife to load in her vehicle. On Thursday 02/02 they delivered the remaining 25kg bag and refused to assist my wife to have bag loaded in vehicle(it was the same guys that delivered the previous day). Please explain how you expect a female to carry a 25kg bag of dog food? I had to go and meet my wife at her workplace to load the dog food in the vehicle. I have not complained even when you guys messed up my order in December but this is unacceptable. Spoke to Keegan yesterday who said he would assist me but never gave me any feedback. I want this to be addressed and will keep on posting until we reach an amicable agreement. I expect a call and not some silly apology email.</p>
