useless site !!!!

I subscribe to takealot and received a R150 voucher for first time buyer..... when I try to buy a Gedore hacksaw, and type in the voucher they just say you are not a first time buyer !!!!! I tried contacting them, but there are no way you can contact them !!!!!!!!!!! BAD, VERY BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111
