Useless service Takelot

I signed up for TakelotMore and now my purchase of R1,600 is taking 15 days to get here instead of two or even three days as before signing up for that. I contacted them two days ago regarding this but they do not reply to the 4 messages I have sent, In other words they may also only reply after 15 days so what's the use of trying to communicate with them. I am cancelling that subscription and I request a refund from TakelotMore as that's just a waste of money and should I not get a refund I will complain over here again.
