USELESS SERVICE TAKEALOT REFUND/RETURN

While good when delivering products, getting them to collect a return has been a nightmare. I have never known such incompetence. I still have the item while they are running around trying to ascertain where their drivers are and telling me the item is in their warehouse .... Consumer Protection Commission is about to hear about this. Pity because otherwise Takealot has been great.
