Useless service Takealot Menlyn

I use Takealot for almost everything but the poor service i receive from them everything I order is absurd. I ordered something and paid extra for urgent delivery only for me to receive a message around 4pm to tell me my order will be delivered after 3 days cos it’s a weekend. To make matters worse, it’s hard to get ahold of Takealot!!!! Takealot Menlyn is trash!!!! After multiple attempts of trying to get help for atleast a refund on my urgent delivery fee, I get referred to a guy named Lesego who is supposed to be a manager at Takealot, what an *********** person who has no regard for customer service! All he does is give excuses and no solutions, I even opted to collect my package myself but Lesego did not even make that an option for me! Instead he promised that he will get back to me in a few minutes, even now I’m still waiting for his call. Takealot you are useless! Refund my money
