Useless Service from Takealot

Ordered a 4.3" rearview camera screen. First time the item was delivered it was used. Returned it and asked for a replacement. Second time it was delivered i received something totally different... They sent me car disco lights. Called through the call centre this time and as usual received excuses. Now i have to wait 3 days for it to be fetched and God knows how long to recieve the new item. Hopefully they get it right this time. Ive been buyin from Takealot for many years. They have always fetched and delivered on weekends. Suddenly now i must wait for a weekday. And i bought this item for a friend. Now my reputation is tarnished. Terrible service. Takealot has really dropped their standards recently.
