Useless service from delivery method and customer service teams - TAKEALOT

In my 7 years of being a Takealot.com customer, this is the 1st time I have received such sub-standard service. I placed an order for 2 items on 7 December with the intention it will arrive on 13 December, which in fact did that happen, however, the delivery staff has made no effort to either approach my front door or call me on my mobile number to advise that the goods have arrived as this was the usual form of notification I received. This happened for 2 consecutive days while I was home the entire day, not being notified by phone or actually hearing a form of knocking on my front door. I then later receive a notification that my order has been cancelled and my account has been credited, which is not what I wanted. I needed these product urgently and Takealot just simply "TOOK IT AWAY" from me. Either I have those goods delivered ASAP or I want my money refunded in cash (NO CREDIT REFUND EXEPCTED HERE) as I am extremally ****ed off receiving such **** service!!! Either give my order immediately or I will make it my dire mission to give Takealot a very bad reputation!!!!
