Useless service

We have used Takealot for most of our purchases, but have become the most useless company I have ever dealt with.

We have been struggling with our TV since JANUARY to get our TV replaced. Started with a broken remote, I reported that the remote wasn't working. So they came and fetched the whole TV. After over a month of waiting they reported back that theres nothing wrong with the TV. So rep**** that I said the remote wasn't working not the tv. So they checked and confirmed the remote wasn't working but couldn't replace it as the remote was out of warranty. So after waiting nearly 12 weeks, we finally got our TV back damaged. The screen was cracked with a chip out of it and top corner damaged. Then it took them another month to collect and come to the conclusion that they would credit us for damaging our TV. So I bought the Skyworth 65s9A TV with the credit, waited nearly two weeks for delivery, when it finally came it was the wrong TV. They sent the 65SUC9300 which is half the price. Reported the wrong delivery, had to wait another two weeks for collection and assessment from the warehouse to confirm. They then arranged for delivery of the correct TV. We had to wait another 2 weeks for delivery. So the new TV arrived today 21 June, and guess what? The wrong TV AGAIN! They resent the same wrong model back again. I actually don't have any words anymore, I cannot belive how useless they have become.
