Useless Service, false promises

Over promise, under deliver. The worst possible service. Ordered Christmas gifts on 9 Dec with a promised delivery date of 12 Dec. All items showed in-stock at warehouse. Followed-up the evening of 12 Dec since delivery did not take place. Received a useless reply that the promised delivery date is 12 Dec. Sent an email to explain that it was the reason for the query since the 12th had already past. Received a new reply asking me to be patient as they were trying their best to get all items together (all items at this point were still available for purchase on the website and showing as in-stock, prompting the question as to the reason for the delay). In the meantime my delivery date has moved to 27 Dec without anyone informing me of this change. I am so disappointed in the service delivery, especially over this time of year. Will be asking for a full refund as we will not have the items in time for Christmas. 2 very unhappy girls who will not be getting what they asked for from Santa!
