Useless service

What a useless bunch, we returned a delivery of dog food because the packet was torn earlier this week. We got a notification that we had to 2 more chances to accept the delivery. They arrived a few minutes ago and my young daughter took delivery. Guess what they sent the same torn bag back. Time to look for somewhere else to order from.
