Useless service
Ordered something and paid tge over night shipping fee yet here we are close to the time i needed the order for as its for work purposes however ive not received anything. Ive placed numerous calls only to hold for 20 mins and no one answers. Emails are met with useless automatic replies that dont resolve my problem .. upon checking the status on the app i saw that the courier depot is 13mins from my house yet its been 2 hours since it was "out for delivery" total bull**** these people.. what did i pay xtra for if i dont get the product when its needed

11 Feb 2021, 15:37Oh wow .. notes to the situation as it continues to get more and more outrages. The delivery guy pitches as my order was cash on delivery i ask for the change and he legit doesnt have any, when i request that my account be credited he looked totally baffled by my request. I was in a rush as i had to get to work thus i left without my change. Afterwards i request that he confirms my payment of nearly a R100 more in cash he then blatantly denies that i gave him more money. So hats off to takealot you hire ********* now too?
I requested a return but ill still only get back half the money i spent on something that doesn't work as it should and for having lost money in the process you people are *********!!!
