Useless Service

I am a seller on Takealot. I've been spending hours on the phone with Takealot trying to find my items which they lost and I keep getting told they will get back to me and update about the lost items. its been months and they cant even give a straight answer. I'm constantly having to phone Takealot and speak to different people who aren't handling the case because they cant do what they suppose to do. tried calling again today regarding a cancelled purchase order and while on the phone with the consultant she tells me she's cutting my call because I wasn't giving her a chance to speak because she wasn't understanding anything I was saying. I also told her if she cant assist me then please put me through to a manager who can assist me and she refused to. This is utter **** from a company like Takealot who claims to be so big and cant sort out small issues like this. Clearly they cant live upto the name they boast about everywhere.
