Useless service

They do not even deserve this 1 star. If there was an option for no stars then I would have chosen it. 2nd time in 2 months that they cancel my order without even consulting me. And this a day before my daughters birthday and the order was meant to be her present. Now I have to wait 5 days for my freaking money!!!!!!! Takealot get more useless every day. Tried to give them another chance and this is what I get. Lack of communication, lack of customer service, lack of everything. They do not care about the customer. you struggle to get hold of them on all platforms. Don't even try to call them......
