Useless service!!

I have been trying to get an issue resolved for the last three days without any success. No one knows what is going on. I had to cancel a duplicate order and have been told I have to have a takealot credit which is unacceptable. I don’t live in SA and it is useless to me and quite frankly I need the funds urgently. They have now just cancelled another part of my order against my request and have added that amount to the takealot credit which I don’t want and have requested a refund as is their policy! You cannot get through to anyone to get anything sorted out. I have never had to deal with this level of frustration in years. Typical SA service levels!
