Useless Service

A phone that is suppose to be shockproof, water proof, dust proof and and and....</p> <p>About a week ago the phone fell, screen broke, and battery cover broke.</p> <p>According to takealot, they cant fix, replace or refund the phone due to psychical ****age.</p> <p>Where is the guarentee on a cell phone that is 3 months old??????</p> <p>My RRN has been declined, no direct contact was made, I received an email.</p> <p>Before I booked the return with Takealot, I had a conversation with Luke, stating that I have a 6 month guarentee with Takelot and a 6 month guarentee with Rugged SA, what happend to it in a period of one week????????????</p> <p>How can a phone, that fell, be psychical damage?</p> <p> </p>
