useless returns department

Very useless returns department- phoned 5 times to sort out a return that they collected 10 days ago and no one can help. they always have the same response, they need to follow up with the warehouse. Asked to speak to a manager and they cant put you through to one, as everyone is working at home, clearly working at home isnt working.
