USELESS RETURN SERVICE

<p>I bought a PS4 about 10 months ago. A month or so ago the playstation started making funny beeping noises while turned off. I logged a return and flawlessly the system with ALL accessories (including the DS4 controller) was collected at my home. I waited and a week or so later a replacement system was delivered at my house, WITHOUT THE CONTROLLER. I contacted Takealot and at the time of writing this was under investigation. BUT this was not my biggest problem by a long shot. The new system is a piece of trash. I can not play a game as everytime a game starts running the playstation says "Please check your disk and if it is clean" when I know for a fact all my game disks are in perfect condition and it happened to all my games. I can not believe this. Did the repair people just take someone else's rejected console format it and send it to the next sucker? I am really disappointed by this. </p>
