Useless return process

<p>Ive been n shopping at takealot for many years now since before the name change. </p> <p> </p> <p>Every time I have a return I woukd ask for a REFUND. EVERYTIME I'd get a credit to my account. Id then realise that had happened and then AGAIN HAVE TO REQUEST A REFUND. THIS WENT ON FOR YEARS. Then they had an option to either swap refund or credit. But even though i sleect refund EVERYTIME i still get a credit. </p> <p>*** how dumb can you be or is it just part of your scheme to ******* your customers?? I had600+sitting in my account not knowing for many weeks which I could have used to pay bills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>You owe me interest and a damn good apology. </p> <p>I spoke to a 'manager' who was completely useless and insincere </p> <p>I have since vowed to never use your **** service again this after 8years of support </p>
