Useless piece of **** couriers of Take alot

I am so disappointed in this company, at 14:28 the courier logged my parcel as not delivered because I was not available, hut this is bull**** is was here the whole day and asked security to check the cameras, no one was here.

It tool me 1.5 hours to get hold of their delivery query team and I begged them to please make sure it gets to me same day as scehduled, then the courier just went ahead and booked it for the next day.

I hope the courier chokes for this!!! You have shifty courier services and I will stuff them around for a week rescheduling so they can waiste petrol and resources because they don't give a **** about people, just along as they are paid!!! Useless piece of shirts!!!!
