Useless Pathetic ***********!!!!!!

I ordered a few shirts, only to receive the complete wrong sizes. Your system captured the sizes that was delivered but on my account the correct sizes were ordered. I then logged the returns only to then again receive the exact wrong sizes again! Your people promised me this won't happen but yet it did!!!! Nobody even bothered to check that the correct sizes get sent!! Why the effing hell did I then log a return for and I clearly stated that I need size 10's!!! I now have a bunch of wrong sizes! Again I had to log a return for them!! I am now gatvol of this!! I also received a packet of only one shiroko floating charm birth stone, when there was supposed to be 6 stones!!! Yesterday I also received a parcel it was supposed to be 3 scoop free litter trays!!!!! I received one and I paid for 3!!!!! What the **** is going on with you people?!!!! When checking the status of some of my returns it shows concluded?! Bull ****! Its not even sorted out and you people close the exchange without refunding or replacing!!!!!!Sort your system and your people out!! This is the worst service I have ever received!! Disgusted!!
