Useless, pathetic customer service!

Unbelievable how useless a business can be! Ordered from Takealot twice and they *****ed up both times. First sending me something I didn't order and the second time I ordered, I received a damaged parcel which looks like it had been opened. The contents were also damaged & had to be returned. It has been over a week & no results!
