Useless pathetic customer service

Useless pathetic customer service on phone. First goes onto prerecorded message, then music, then line goes dead, try again, same thing over and over, eventually get through, want to cancel order which I am allowed to do as received sms delivery tomorrow, person says it's cancelled, credit in my customer account....nothing happens...phone again, go through whole procedure again......FOUR times.... 4 different people tell me they will cancel it, but no one cancels it.......next time I will just go to the shop and get it myself.....much much less painful.
