Useless - Pathetic After Sales Service

I purchased a 4 item jewelry set for a gift for my niece's graduation. Place the order Wednesday morning, selected same day delivery, as I need the gift before the ceremony. Wednesday afternoon came and I received my parcel, only to open it and find that of the 4 item set, 1 item was missing. I reported it to TakeAlot, they said they will look into the matter and get back to me - heck I am aging here waiting for them to call me back. Needless to say I will not be using them ever again.
