Useless packaging and delivery times.

I am SICK AND TIRED of having my parcels either ****** or delayed!!! I realise I'm in an outlying area, but really - this is the second "your delivery has been delayed" message for an order that was placed long ago and replacement of an item that was "******" or not included in the shipment! (And they were meant to deliver TWO orders today - abovementioned replacement order and a new order, which has also taken way too long for delivery.

Courier IT is useless!!! PLEASE make use of The Courier Guy for outlying areas.

Makro orders and deliveries are WAY better!
