Useless (Minus Rating)

The Takealot app/website only allows for ONE pre-order item to be ordered at a time and each order has a delivery fee linked. I requested an explanation on why their system is so useless and if I'll be receiving a refund for my delivery fee. It has been 3 Days with useless feedback and a statement that reads "We are currently still investigating the return with the warehouse we will revert back to you with an update" - NOT ONCE DID I REQUEST FOR A RETURN, NOT ONCE!!!!!! Your service is SHOCKING!!!!!
