Useless, I'm done with Takealot

I ordered a stylus pen which was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of June 2020 however without any communication that my order will be delayed, it was delivered two weeks late and great when I get it it doesn't work. Now I have been waiting for over two weeks for them to collect their useless pen, no communication whatsoever that they will be delayed. I'm done with this supplier, done.
