Useless, frustrating and ***********

I ordered a Garmin triathlon heart rate monitor. When I received my package it was a large woman's t-shirt. Then it's been one hassle to have them send me my correct item, which I have paid for. I returned it to their depo, that was on Monday today is Thursday and no credit to my account. I have requested the management to call me and to date nothing, one wonders why this company is the way it is... It is most frustrating, nobody actually gives a dam. Always say they will flow it up.... And nothing... My suggestion is if you don't want any Hassel, rather go to the shops and purchase your item there. Less frustrating
