Useless false advertising same day delivery

These piece of ****s don't honour same day delivery. I ordered the item because I needed it on the same day and it is part of my takealot more premium package. Item was ordered at 7am and only shipped around 4pm. 9pm i see the delivery date has changed. This is not the first time these asswipes messed up the delivery dates. Catch a wake up takealot and stop falsely advertising same day delivery. Can't even call the call center - automated message keeps saying to fill in a form so can't speak to anyone. I would give less than 1 star if I could.
