USELESS!!!! Don't use Takealot!!

I am highly upset with my recent order I made, I ordered my study material that is quite urgent and the stuff I took said "get it today" now you inform me that you don't have stock. I needed my textbooks yesterday already. Now no one can help me and I was forced to cancel my order as I need my textbooks today.

The lady I spoke with stated that my textbooks are in stock in Johannesburg but can't be delivered today, It was supposed to be delivered yesterday already!!!!

I am not waiting another week for my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY!! So that I can buy my books elsewhere, I am a regular customer of yours but you won't have my support after today.
