USELESS - Don't deliver what you have actually ordered

<p>on 25/11/2016, I ordered a 1kg bottle of Nutritech Dietmeal (chocolate) and paid R231. What was delivered on 29/11/2016 was a 500ml bottle for the same price.I logged a return online and because I had opened the bottle and had one serving, due to the fact that I hadn't originally noticed the size of the bottle, I was given credit on the Takealot website on 15/12/2016 for the R231. </p> <p> </p> <p>On 23/12/2016, I ordered a 1kg bottle of Nutritech Dietmeal (vanilla). I had the same problem when the bottle was delivered on 28/12/2016 and was a 500ml bottle. I logged the return and I am still waiting for collection of the bottle. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is highly annoying and I expect a credit Takealot. For an online service delivering products to customers as your focus, you are not delivering!!!!</p> <p> </p>
