Useless Delivery Service

I ordered 6 x 100 A4 plastic sleeves from Talealot on 8 August 2025. They delivered 6 x 50 A4 sleeves (300 instead of 600) and then my wife went and picked up what we thought was going to be the balance of 300 but they put 3 x 50 A4 sleeves in the box. So we received a further 150 A4 sleeves and they still owe me the balance of 150 A4 sleeves. Now they want me to return the 150 so that they can give me the 300 that will then be outstanding. Not likely - I am holding on to what I have got. Their resolution process as well as the staff that are handling the process is pathetic and useless. Takealot doesn't work when you hit a problem!! It has now taken nearly 3 months and they keep asking for information that they have!! Very frustrating!!
