Useless delivery service

Ordered a washing machine and pregnancy support belt, the belt was delivered on 10/12/2025 and the machine was suppose to be delivered on 15/12/2025. It is now 16/12/2025 at 19:15 and still now delivery but the system still shows to be delivered on 15/12/2025. It does not allow us to call or email so how do we track the delivery or get the good when we are unable to speak with them? Useless shopping website ****ming people out of their hard earned money!!!!!! I want my refund or I'm taking these people to court.
