Useless delivery

Ordered an item this week. It arrived at the Alberton courier pickup on Wednesday. Thursday it was supposed to be delivered and the then said delayed. Friday was supposed to be delivered but then said delayed and the call centre was of no help. Today its supposed to be delivered and well no one has come yet. With all your drivers in this area you havent even bothered to schedule the delivery for the past 3 days.
