useless delivery

Take a lot did me and husband dirty on Friday and mind you saturday i still buy. i bough airfryer delivered today on a holiday order :*** which im happy about. We bought a TV JVC 70inch order no :*** on wednesday and delivered friday in the morning by 8am the order said out for delivery. Then the fools decided to go up and down driving nonsense with it and only delivered it late after 18:30 knowing very well its broken, they were even quick to leave. As we were unboxing we realized that its broken and same time we called them and the calmness in him said he knew exactly what they did. The guy just calmly said please log a return just like that, now they will only pick it Tuesday so since friday we have to wait for tuesday then they will deliver again when? why am i being inconvenienced because of their incompetence. My kids have nothing to watch why did they deliver the airfryer on a holiday but couldnt pick their TV on saturday which was a normal working day. Tuesday they should do an exchange and not make their problems mine. I am exremely angry they dont take us serious as their customers. Can they rectify this nonsense please. why deliver when they know what they did.
