Useless Customer Service Takealot!!!

I ordered 6 camp chairs from Takealot. They delivered 5 chairs and a small guitar. I informed Takealot immediately about the incorrect delivery via the app. I requested for all 5 chairs and the guitar to be returned and to be fully refunded. I logged the return via the app and gave a full explanation of what happened via the email in the app. The next day they came and collected one chair only. I then phoned Takealot and spoke to Johannes who promised that he would rectify it. So the next day they came and collected 1 more chair. I relogged another return and sent another email via the app explaining the problem. I phoned again and spoke to Zubair. He promised to sort the issue out. Still no response. Phoned again. Spoke to Sisipho. She also promised to sort it out. Still no response. I spoke to Jade. Still no response. . Eventually they collected the 3 chairs and guitar. Now I am still waiting for my full refund. I only received half the refund. I have sent about 6 emails via the app!! It is impossible to speak to Takealot as they just make useless promises and the emails sent via the app is a total waste of time!!!!!!!!
